Joint Overseas Company Limited has been established in 1997 under the previous name of Thai Farmers Rice Company Limited dealing in mainly rice products. The company has expanded rapidly in trade volume, despite the economic slum, and has received invaluable trust through dignity and sincere friendships we have shown to all buyers.

Not before long, Thai Farmers Rice Company Limited has changed its name to Joint Overseas Company Limited in the year 2000 and has fully established itself as a trading and sourcing company dealing mostly in beverages, especially, energy drinks and other products from Thailand upon customers' request.

Joint Overseas Company Limited has expanded its customer based in Asia, Europe and the United States of America who share the common objective of acquiring products at its minimum cost, whereas, the quality is maintained or even better.

With impressive success over the years in international business, the company has been approached by many Thai producers to do overseas marketing of their quality products on behalf of them. All products has been certified as One Tumbon (village) One Product "OTOP", which is a campaign set up by Thai government to improve and promote Thai quality products to the world.

Joint Overseas Company Limited, as a truly Thai company, never hesitate to stand up for the task with full believe in the supremacy of Thai products that are second to none in the world. Therefore, marketing become another major part of the company other than trading and sourcing business.

Trading and Sourcing department
We truly understand that the different in prices are often resulted from the cost of transportation. Therefore, forming a strong network and alliances around the world is the key to achieve our objective.

As for the sourcing department, our objective is to seek for both, suppliers and buyers in all regions of the world to be able to supply the demanded products at the very best price for our clients in such a way that it would not violate the regulations set by the mother company of each particular product.


Marketing Department
As Thailand has intensely market itself to the world under the vision of the current Prime Minister in the area of tourism and quality Thai products, a campaign called, "One Tumbon(Village) One Product" (OTOP) has been launched to improve the uniqueness and maximize the quality of Thai products. The products are unarguably the best of its quality, but to market the products overseas is something the producers are lacking of.

The marketing department of Joint Overseas Company Limited, with great pleasure and honor, offer itself to handle the overseas marketing for these supreme quality Thai products to the world. Our objective is to introduce Thai products to all regions of the world and to seek for partners in every country to continuous supply the quality products in their geographical area. Every product under our marketing brand has been carefully selected among all producers to ensure the highest quality and supremacy, as it represents the nation as a whole.
